Online booking calendar
Please find below our easy to use online booking calendar. To book your holiday at Kittiwake Cottage or Kittiwake House please select the property you wish to book followed by the month you would like to stay - by clicking ‘Go’ the calendar will change and you will be able to click on your desired arrival day and select the number of nights you wish to stay - this will produce the price for your booking. Once you are happy with the price and dates requested, please click the highlighted ‘Book Now’ button to be directed to our online booking form.

To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit plus a 3% booking fee. The outstanding balance is then due eight weeks prior to arrival. Payment methods accepted include debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cheque. Included in the price of the property is bed linen, towels and WiFi, as well as utilities.
One well behaved dog is welcome at Kittiwake Cottage and Kittiwake House and charged at an additional £30.00. Please note dogs should be kept on the ground floor of the property and off any furniture. Kittiwake House also has a refundable £500.00 security deposit, which is to be paid in advance of your arrival and all being well should be returned within seven working days of your departure.

What payment methods are accepted?

What deposit is required to secure a booking?

What is included in the price?
Included in the price is bed linen (not cot linen), towels (not beach), WiFi and utilities.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
What is the security deposit?
Each property has a security deposit, Kittiwake House has a £500.00 one and Kittiwake Cottage a £100.00 one. This deposit is to cover any damage done to the properties when guests are there.
When will I get the security deposit back?
All being well the security deposit is returned to you within seven working days of your departure.
Is there a booking fee?
A 2% booking fee is applied at the time of booking to cover the administration and processing of the booking.
